When captions exist we use them. When they do not, Deepgram AI speech-to-text generates the transcript after you sign in. Always spot-check names and jargon before you publish.
Paste any YouTube link you can play. Captions are used when available; otherwise AI speech-to-text fills the gap (using your Deepgram minute balance). Age-restricted or blocked videos may still fail if YouTube will not serve the media.

Free captions: any language YouTube already publishes as a caption track (English, Spanish, Hindi, Japanese, and many more — whatever the video provides). AI speech-to-text (Deepgram Nova-3, after sign-in): English, Spanish, French, German, Hindi, Portuguese, Japanese, Italian, Dutch, Russian, Chinese, Arabic, Korean, Turkish, and dozens of other Deepgram-supported languages, plus Auto-detect. Use the language menu in the header to prefer a track or AI language.
TXT and SRT for everyday work, plus one-click copy. PDF and Word export are there too — the formats already in your notes app, editor, and content stack.
Shorts and long-form both work. Very long AI jobs may hit a practical duration limit and count against your free Deepgram minutes; captions stay available without that constraint.
Not yet. Today it is one URL at a time — the workflow most teams already use. Channel and bulk tools are on the roadmap.
